base-Beijing Sanlitun Serviced Apartment

The location was only a 10minute walk to the SanLiTun shopping district, very walkable area. The one thing that really stood out to us was the customer service by the concierge, from the security guards to the front desk, everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. They have made our stay in Beijing so much better with their hospitality. Special shoutout to Ms Li for being extremely helpful with directions, and just about everything! Room cleaning was also excellent, we loved coming back to a clean room after a long day out! the public area also has complimentary tea and coffee, which we really appreciated. we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beijing.

Nice service

There are tons of areas to hang out and the coffee isn’t bad either. The room was nice, clean, and up to standard. It’s one of those things where you don’t have much to say because everything went well. That’s a really good sign, especially in China.

Great place to stay in Beijing with good value for money. Room was spacious and clean, came with all necessary amenities and free bottled water. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well and room was quiet. Hotel was a short walk to Line 2 subway station and very close to multiple restaurants that stay open until late at night. Area seemed very safe and staff was friendly. I stayed for 5 nights and would recommend the place to anyone who wants a more budget friendly accommodation that still feels high end. Would stay here again.

Excellent choice of accommodation in downtown Beijing. The apartment is well kept and fitted with all the essentials, whether it's for a short stay or longer term stay. Clean and welcoming, there is a nice communal dining area where you can just chill or gather with friends. Our apartment is fitted with a humidifier and washing machine, which is great in the dry season and a convenient feature since we could do our laundry since we travel light. We felt really welcomed and really appreciated the warm and friendly services from all the staff members from the reception to housekeeping to security staff. Special shoutout to Catherine, who took extra attention to make sure our stay was the most comfortable. Without a doubt, our stay at Base in Beijing is definitely the best in our 2-week trip in China. For this one night stay, we picked their Sanlitun residence as it is near to Dongzhimen Bus Station, where we took an early morning bus to Gubei Watertown by Simatai Great Wall. Location wise, it's really convenient both for public transport
